NEW YORK HOTEL REVIEW:
We stopped here the first month to see which direction Thompson Hotels would take with its Tribeca-adjacent property. We're pleased to report a solid, likeable lobby lounge and a pleasant place to sink a few hours, but we didn't see any flash (nor were we craving any).
Rushing through the city, champagne on your tongue, rock'n'roll at your feet. Slurring through downtown speakeasies, raucous warehouses, and bold, swanky, rooftops. Breathless conversation, skylines for days, and city views that skip a beat. They call it New York, but we say it's drop dead.
