NEW YORK HOTEL REVIEW:
Few hotels have the kind of curbside charm than the uplit Palace Hotel at night. We remember a Thanksgiving dinner at the Peninsula followed by drinks in the lobby of the Palace that our uncle had secretly arranged for the family. The clandestine operation, staged in big Alice in Wonderland couches with glasses full to the brim, still resonates as one of our best holiday memories.
Rushing through the city, champagne on your tongue, rock'n'roll at your feet. Slurring through downtown speakeasies, raucous warehouses, and bold, swanky, rooftops. Breathless conversation, skylines for days, and city views that skip a beat. They call it New York, but we say it's drop dead.
